Fatbear
Introduction
Fatbear is a custom-built tuition center management system designed to simplify class scheduling, teacher assignments, student tracking, and payroll. Created specifically to replace fragmented manual workflows, it brings everything together in one clean and easy-to-use platform. Built for both admins and staff, the system helps tuition centers save time, reduce errors, and run more smoothly.
The Challenge
Managing tuition schedules, teachers, students, and payroll manually was inefficient and prone to errors. Admins relied on spreadsheets and messaging apps to coordinate classes, track attendance, and calculate teacher salaries. Rescheduling or updating class details was tedious, and salary reports required time-consuming manual calculations — especially as the number of classes and teachers grew.
The Solution
We built Fatbear, a custom web system designed to centralize and automate tuition center operations. The platform features an interactive calendar with inline editing, allowing admins to manage class schedules quickly and visually. It supports student enrollment, teacher assignments, and automatically calculates monthly salary reports based on teaching records. With all data connected and accessible in one place, Fatbear reduces admin workload, minimizes errors, and enhances operational clarity.
